Effective page size is at most 100 items. A `dsl.limit` above 100 is accepted but silently capped, and the response does not echo the effective page size. Page with `offset` stepped by `len(items)` (or at most 100), not by a requested limit above 100. Offset is at most 10,000. Use a one-row query while developing because the public docs do not publish search credit counts.
