Parameters

returns {value: {video, uploadInstructions: [{uploadUrl, firstByte, lastByte}, …]}}. PUT each 2 MB part to its own uploadUrl and KEEP the `etag` response header of every part — finalizeUpload will not accept the video without the full ordered list. Then call linkedin.video.upload.finalize
