Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Frameskip Labs Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, which operates Toolswitch. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

Toolswitch is a directory of tools for AI agents. Tool data and tool calls are provided through treg (treg.to); results come from third-party providers, and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy or pricing.

You can sign in with a Google account or with a one-time code or sign-in link sent to your email. Keep your Google account and your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

  • Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of upstream providers.
  • Do not use it to bypass their rate limits or anti-abuse measures or to disguise the origin of automated traffic.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to get around limits.
  • Do not interfere with the service.

Some features may be paid. If you pay, the payment is processed by Stripe; prices are shown before you use a paid feature, and applicable refund terms will be shown with it. Trial credits, if offered, are provided by us free of charge and do not go through Stripe.

Tools are operated by third parties under their own terms; your inputs are forwarded to them to fulfil your requests.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Frameskip Labs Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is to be resolved in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and you accept the current version each time you sign in.
