Parameters

per sitemap: lastSubmitted, lastDownloaded, isPending, warnings, errors, and contents[] with submitted vs indexed counts. Submitting a new one is PUT /webmasters/v3/sites/{siteUrl}/sitemaps/{feedpath} and needs the `write` capability
