The latest posts of a Medium tag, author or publication, from Medium's public RSS feed: title, link (the ?source= tracking query removed), author, publication time, categories, and the first 300 characters of the summary. Set exactly one of `tag` (a tag slug such as rust), `author` (a Medium username without the @) or `publication` (a publication slug); `tag` wins when several are set. `limit` caps the rows; Medium's feed carries about 10 items, so a larger limit gives no more. Columns: title, url, author, published, categories, summary.
