Authenticated search and fetch share an organization-wide 10 requests/second limit. Keenable documents X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset response headers, but none appeared on four successful live REST calls. The console, not the REST API, reports the remaining credit balance.
