Performs a live HLR lookup, returning number type, live status, original and current network, and porting information. Warning: a national number sent without input_format can be read as another country's number (a US 617... number as an Australian 61... number), and that lookup is still charged.

Answers arrive in results[0]. live_status is LIVE, DEAD, ABSENT_SUBSCRIBER, NO_TELESERVICE_PROVISIONED, NOT_AVAILABLE_NETWORK_ONLY, NO_COVERAGE, INCONCLUSIVE or NOT_APPLICABLE; current_network_details names the serving network and is_ported says whether the number moved. Some networks give no live status (NOT_AVAILABLE_NETWORK_ONLY) but the lookup still costs a credit. Landlines and other non-mobile numbers return NO_COVERAGE and bad formats return BAD_FORMAT; both are free. A results[0].error other than NONE (INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT, TOO_MANY_REQUESTS, INTERNAL_ERROR, NULL_RESULT) is free and should be retried later.
