Parámetros
headers are mandatory and unusual: `LinkedIn-Version: 202601` (a YYYYMM version LinkedIn retires quarterly) and `X-Restli-Protocol-Version: 2.0.0`. Success is HTTP 201 with the post URN in the x-restli-id response header, not in the body. Images/video need a separate initializeUpload call first
