Parameter

same generic runner as brightdata.web.scrape.structured with the dataset_id fixed, which is why the id and output columns are stable enough to compare against tikhub / justoneapi. Batching several profile URLs into one call is both cheaper and faster than one call each; past 1 minute it falls back to 202 + snapshot_id
