Instagram Reels Search
anyapi.instagram.search.reelsSearch Instagram Reels by keyword and get matching reels (caption, likes, comments, creator, and duration). Instagram does not return view or play counts in reels search results. Results are relevance-ranked, not chronological. Recency filtering is not supported on instagram.reels_search (AnyAPI offers it on instagram.web_reels_search). Paging tops out around 110 reels per query (11 pages of 10).
