The reviews Google Maps shows for one place, one row per review: stars, text, date, the reviewer, likes, the owner's reply and the review's own link. `place` is the place's Google Maps link, its place id (ChIJ...) or its cid (the number in a maps?cid= link); `sort` is relevant (Google's order) or newest; `limit` how many reviews (default 5, up to 100), one price a call at any limit. About 1 to 3 s for a few reviews, 8 to 16 s for 100. A reply with fewer than asked and meta.partial true gives the rest when retried a little later. Columns: review_id, place_id, rating, text, date, author, likes, owner_reply, url.
